Covid-19 UPDATE

In response to the ever-changing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, Angkor Zip Line has begun making rapid updates and changes to our cancellation policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Any pre paid tours can be cancelled with no penalty charges as long as it’s not a same day cancellation. Standard bank fee of 5% does apply however. We are proud that we were able to refund and allow cancellations without penalty for thousands of bookings we already had received for this year.

To help you make the best possible travel decisions and book future travels with confidence, we’ve Implemented sterilization of all equipment and common areas in between each group. In addition we’ve reduced group size to a Maximum of eight people per group. We require all guest wear mask and use sanitizer located on all tables at our operations per the recommendations for WHO and CDC. Things can change rapidly. So we’ll be updating this page as soon as we hear of changes or updates.

How Angkor Zipline’s 2019 Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence Translates into Your Safety

Angkor Zipline recently received our second Trip Advisor 2019 Certificate for Excellence, one of the 3 most prestigious awards for tourism attractions.

We have now won two and that’s as many years as we have been eligible to win it. It is another prestigious award following on the heels of our 5 Prime Minister Awards for Green Eco-Tourism in Cambodia for 2018. To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, an accommodation (Hotels, B&Bs / Inns, and Specialty Lodging), restaurant or experience must maintain an overall Trip Advisor rating of at least four out of five and have a minimum number of reviews. Awards are wonderful but what matters most is how they translate into a 5-star guest experience. What guests tell us concerns them most is their safety. Protecting your Safety is the #1 Priority at Angkor Zipline!  Our reviews show that most rate us highly because they feel safe.

We thought you might want to know what we do to keep you safe, so here goes…. Two highly trained Safety Sky Rangers accompany each tour with a maximum of no more than 9 guests in any one group. Each guest is personally outfitted in helmet and harness to assure a perfect fit. A safety briefing is mandatory before each tour (Watch our safety video).

Our Ranger/Guides are the key to it all. Every six months they must pass rigorous tests which measure their knowledge and commitment to safety. They not only do all of the technical aspects, so you can enjoy your zipline eco-adventure, but lots more. They inspect the course daily for tree damage, cable integrity and obstacles. Each is certified in First Aid and we keep supplies on hand both on site and on tour. They are also trained how to guide you through the forest eco-system and point out and explain all of the amazing creatures, plants and culture you will experience inside Angkor Park. And lastly, we know they are fun to hang with while you are on tour, because guest reviews say that too!

Cambodia’s Forestry officials inspect and approve our course annually because it is essential to them we are safe and protective of the environment. Angkor Zipline is the only eco-adventure inside Angkor Park for a reason.

That’s a lot of responsibility, but as these awards show, we are up to the task.

So come on out and book a tour right here today!

    General Health

General health and fitness levels vary for each activity. For example, a zipline tour is very exciting, and the ziplining itself is not physically demanding but does require some short hiking and climbing some steep stairs. Pregnant women should not zipline, primarily because you are in a harness. Please consult a medical professional before attempting adventure activities during your pregnancy.
